Nursing care leave is a system that allows employees to take leave to care for a relative who needs constant nursing care for a period of two weeks or more due to injury, illness, or physical or mental disability.
It is possible to take 5 days of care for each person who is eligible for nursing care (up to 10 days if there are 2 or more people who are eligible for care) during the period of January to December.You can also take it by the hour.
Follow the steps below.
1. In order to be able to select nursing care leave in TeamSpirit, please apply on the personnel application site "ServiceNow" before taking the first leave during the year.

2. To take nursing care leave, please apply for it by selecting "Nursing Care Leave" in TeamSpirit after notifying your manager.
