If the prescribed number of working days per week exceeds two, Kangaroo Staff (KS) can also utilize the following systems:
Type: Days
Care Leave: 5 days (from January to December, no carryover to the next year)
Caregiving Leave: Up to 93 days
For both care leave and caregiving leave, one of the following documents must be attached at the time of application:
- Certification of Needed Long-term Care (Level 2 or higher)
- Medical certificate (indicating a state that requires constant care or is presumed to require such care)
- Diagnosis checklist (refer to the HR department's website)
