To apply, you will need one of the following documents ① to ③ to prove that you are in a condition that requires constant nursing care.
(1) Certificate of need for nursing care (2nd grade or higher)
(2) Medical certificate of a doctor (there is a description of a condition that requires constant care or a condition that can be inferred to be necessary)
(3) Judgment check sheet (see Human Resources Department website)
