Those who are evaluated with Performance Management (FY25)
◆Targets(Labor Contract): Managers, Sougoushoku, Nenpousei/Individual Contract employee, Special Professional Employee, Seisan-gijutsushoku, Tokuteishoku, Biyoushoku, ELP (Manager)
◆Period of Evaluation: 2025/1/1 - 2025/12/31
●For those who fall under the conditions in below cases (1-3) will use “deemed evaluation”. For details, please refer to the below.
*In the case of “Deemed Evaluation”, No need to enter evaluation in MIRAI (Evaluation will be entered by P&C div.)
1:If the Actual Number of working days(※) during the evaluation period, is less than 80 days,
due to absence or leave etc., the evaluation will be deemed as one rating below
the standard rating, marked as “L (Leave).”
2:If joined the company after Sept 2nd, 2025, will be considered at the standard rating,
marked as “R (recruit).”
3:If will retire/leave before Dec. 30th, in principle will be evaluated at the one rating below
the standard rating, marked as “R (Retired).”
*In the case of enrollment in the company until Dec. 31st, 2025, it is essential to complete the evaluation.
*If re-hired after retirement under contract other than ELP (Manager) during the evaluation period, the evaluation before retirement will be considered as one rating below the standard rating, marked as “R (retired).”
