The promotion candidates will be discussed based on the promotion requirements* after going through the following four growth phases.
Ultimately, the decision on promotion will be made after recommendations from within the department and EO approval (confirmation by HR).

A certain percentage* of work commensurate with a higher grade is assigned (to those eligible for the period for taking on a challenge for promotion) and the people who are assigned such work will achieve results (*approximately 50% of the overall target). |
| FC (skill) requirements |
People have reached a upper grade level of FC required by the relevant organization and are expected to continue to achieve results. |
