Whether you are a supervisor(evaluator) or a subordinate(evaluatee), please review the performance (progress of objevtives) from the beginning of the year until the transfer is decided (conduct a 1-on-1 meeting). The current supervisor, who is the evaluator, should hand over the performance (progress of goals) before the transfer to the successor supervisor. After the transfer, hold a objective-setting meeting or objective-review meeting with the new supervisor/subordinate to align on specific actions expected and achievements by the end of the year, and adjust the goals in MIRAI if necessary.
The evaluation will be conducted by the supervisor at the time of evaluation, considering both pre- and post-transfer performance.
