◆As an ELP (Ippan) Rehire
If you retire mid-year and are rehired as an ELP (Ippan), you will not be under a performance management contract. Instead, a different evaluation system (fixed-term contract) will apply. Therefore, the evaluation for mid-year retirement will be evaluated at one level below the standard marked as "R (Retired)". After rehire, please proceed with evaluations according to the fixed-term contract system.
※If rehired as an ELP (manager), you will remain subject to Performance Management and will be evaluated at the year-end based on your performance over the year, including the period before retirement.
