◆For employees joining on or before 9/1:
They are subject to evaluation for the year. Please set goals in MIRAI based on the expected level for their grade and the work period from their joining date to 12/31, and conduct an evaluation at the end of the year. (※ Discuss and agree on the goals with the supervisor.)
◆For employees joining on or after 9/2:
They are not subject to evaluation for the year (deemed as the standard rating marked as "R (Recruit)"). However, please set goals based on the expected level for their grade and the work period from their joining date to 12/31. Although evaluations will not be conducted,at the end of the year, please hold a meeting with the supervisor to provide feedback on performance and results after joining the company. (※ It is not necessary to set goals in MIRAI, but discuss and agree on the goals with the supervisor.)
