◆ If the actual working days during the evaluation period are less than 80 days:
The employee is not subject to evaluation and will be assigned a deemed rating of "L (Leave)" (one level below the standard).
◆ If the actual working days during the evaluation period are 80 days or more:
The employee is subject to evaluation. However, if they are on leave during the evaluation period, they cannot perform a self-evaluation. The final evaluation will be determined based on the supervisor's evaluation and through evaluation calibration. Additionally, if the employee is on leave during the feedback period, they should receive feedback from their supervisor after returning to work.
