◆ If the actual working days during the evaluation period are less than 80 days:
The employee is not subject to evaluation, so no evaluation is necessary. They will be deemed/evaluated one level below the standard, marked as "L (Leave)." (Although it cannot be reflected in the evaluation, you may provide feedback on performance during the working period based on the employee's wishes.)
◆ If the actual working days during the evaluation period are 80 days or more:
The employee is subject to evaluation, so please ensure the evaluation is conducted. However, if the employee is on leave during the evaluation period, they cannot perform a self-evaluation, so start with the supervisor's evaluation. (If you cannot input the supervisor's evaluation due to the self-evaluation form (Step 1) in MIRAI, please contact HRBP or the HQ/SJ office.) Additionally, if the employee is on leave during the feedback period, provide feedback after they return to work. (However, if the employee requests feedback, you may proceed with it.)
