If I take maternity or childcare leave while on personal illness or injury leave, do I still need to submit a medical certificate or leave of absence even while on maternity or childcare leave?

This is not required if the cause of the personal illness or injury leave is due to pregnancy or childbirth, but for other illnesses, you must submit them until you recover from the injury or illness.
