If an employee donates an organ to their spouse, will they be eligible for the compensating for Illness or Injuries according to company regulations?

In cases where a break of 7 days or more is required, a leave request must be submitted. Depending on the duration of the leave, the compensating for Illness or Injuries may be provided if eligible.
