Employees who have been on leave due to personal illness or injury for more than three weeks must notify the company in advance and obtain formal approval before returning to work. To begin the process, you must first obtain medical clearance from your doctor and submit the required documents to your supervisor. An occupational health physician will review the documents, and if deemed suitable for an interview, the process will proceed as follows: interview with occupational physician → trial work period → full return to work.

・ Application for Trial Attendance (prepared by the employee on leave)
・Self-Checklist for the Recovery Condition (prepared by the employee on leave)
