Within two weeks, including the day of childbirth, employees can take congratulatory and condolence leave (special leave) for a total of up to five days. However, please note that it cannot be taken while taking childcare leave at the time of birth or while taking childcare leave.
Please check the "Special Leave" section in the Rule of Employment available in the HR regulations collection on the People Connect.
Application Procedure:
First, inform your supervisor in advance. Then, submit your application through the attendance management system.
For TeamSpirit: Select "Congratulatory/Bereavement Leave" on the Leave Request screen and specify the reason for taking the leave in the remarks section.
