In accordance with the revision of the Child Care and Family Care Leave Law in April 2025, TeamSpirit users who are eligible to take leave to care for their children will be granted the leave simultaneously by the system after their April salary is paid.
Please note that although they have been applying for the leave through the “ServiceNow” personnel application site, they will no longer be required to apply for the leave.
