For monthly salary employees, they can take up to 40 hours per eligible person. (If there are two or more eligible individuals, the maximum is 80 hours.)
For hourly employees, they can take the rounded-up contracted hours per day multiplied by 5 days. If the contracted hours differ by day, the calculation is based on the average hours.
Please note that child care time off and nursing care time off cannot be carried over to the next year.
