Outpatient leave for persons with disabilities is a system that allows employees who have submitted a copy of their disability certificate to the company to take leave for examinations and medical treatment related to the disability.
It is possible to obtain 5 days of acquisition during the period of January to December, and it can also be taken on an hourly basis.
Follow these steps:
1. In order to be able to input outpatient leave for people with disabilities on TeamSpirit, please apply on the personnel application site "ServiceNow" before the first time you take leave during the current year.

2. When taking outpatient leave for people with disabilities, please submit an evidence document and management sheet to your manager by the day before the date of use, and obtain permission from the company.
3. Select "Disability Outpatient Leave" in TeamSpirit and apply for it.
