If you are found to be engaged in a side job without the company's permission, it will be a violation of "Obligations of Employees" of the Employment Regulations (ex: Article 4 at HQ) of the Employment Regulations and you may be subject to disciplinary action depending on the seriousness of the violation and its impact on the company's internal order.
