Medical Checkup upon hiring/ Health insurance card – PASS_Test

I want to know when and where my certificate of elgibility card will be deliverd.
If I visit a hospital before receiving my cartificate of eligibility card, do I need to apply any procedures?
How should I handle the cost of the medical examinations I received prior to joining the company?
