As of December 2nd, 2024, the issurance of new health insurance cards will be discontinued, but you will instead receive the "Certificate of Eligibility Card" addressed to your home.
If you need to visit a medical institution before your "Certificate of Eligibility Card"* arrives, you can initially pay the full amount and then apply for a refund through medical expenses.
