■ Requirements for Using Limited Express or Shinkansen
| Type | Requirements |
| Limited Express | When store beauty professionals and staff employees (contract employees PBP, BS, KS) commute to their assigned location or when the work location changes due to company orders, and it takes 1 hour 30 minutes or more one way |
| Shinkansen | For those whose work location has changed due to company orders or who commute to company-designated clients, if using transportation other than Shinkansen from home to work takes 2 hours or more one way |
■ How to Apply for Commuting Expenses

For Commuter Pass Applications
You cannot apply through "Commuting Expenses Web". (Because payment is made on a 3-month basis)
Please submit the "Commuter Pass Expense Application Form" to Astec.
You can download the application form from HERE.
* If you cannot download it, please request the document from Astec via HERE.

For Reimbursement per Occasion
Please apply from "Other Commuting Expenses (Reimbursement per Occasion)" in "Commuting Expenses Web" by selecting the other commuting expense name "Reimbursement per Occasion: Station Search Not Available". Be sure to attach the receipt for the Limited Express or Shinkansen fare used.
