However, some bus companies require payment of the fare difference even for commuter passes after a fare revision, so please check the information of the railway or bus company you use. If a fare difference payment occurs, please apply again for the commuter pass fare for the same route through Commuting Expense Web.
① If you applied for the commuter pass fare through Commuting Expense Web "Ekisupāto", no special application is necessary. It will be automatically updated with the new fare.
② For commuter passes applied for routes under Commuting Expense Web "Other commuting expenses / routes not searchable by Ekisupāto", the latest fare information is not reflected. Please apply with the new fare before the next payment period.
