Regarding the application timing for transfers please check in the following;
Transfer within the same corporation: Application can be made from the month before the transfer announcement date
Transfer between corporations: Application must be made after the transfer announcement date (after the transfer)
* Transfers between HQ, factories, and GIC are treated as transfers between corporations.
* The "transfer announcement date" is not the preliminary notice date.
