Commuter pass applications are only accepted for the first day of the month.
If there is a route change between the 1st and 15th, please apply with the first day of the month in which the change occurred.
If the change occurs between the 16th and 31st, please apply with the first day of the following month.
If there is a difference in fare, please apply for the difference using the "Occasional Settlement" in Commuting Expense Web.
