Previously, the workplace location was defined by the work regulations as "within a commuting range without relocation," but specific distances or times were not specified. Therefore, we have newly clarified the commuting range as "commuting area" and established operational rules regarding the work area.
The range within which employees can commute without relocating (commuting area) is defined as within 2 hours one way from their home*.
