Depending on the destination city, actual expenses may be reimbursed up to the following amounts, including consumption tax and accommodation tax, per night.
13,000 yen for Sapporo, Sendai, Tokyo (23 wards), Yokohama, Nagoya, Osaka, Hiroshima, Fukuoka and Kurume
10,000 yen for cities, towns, and villages other than those listed above.
If circumstances do not allow for lodging within the above limits, the actual cost of lodging in excess of the maximum may be reimbursed with the permission of the supervisor.
