Please follow the steps below.
(1) Based on your work situation, please confirm with your department head whether you need to apply for a commuter pass.
(2) If you need a commuter pass, please apply for it through the “ServiceNow” HR application site, as it is basically applied for every 6 months*. You will be notified of the certification result via ServiceNow approximately one week to 10 days after the application. The regular pass fee will be paid with the salary of the month following the month the application is received by Aztec.
*If you discussed with your manager, you could to apply for a commuter pass every month or every three months, please indicate the designated period in the remarks column of ServiceNow, stating “I wish to apply for a commuter pass for XX months".

If you com to the office less than 13 days per months, you will be reimbersed for commuting expenses. So please apply on NAIS.
