Change Procedure	Send a email the HQHR Labor Office to obtain the application form. Fill out the application form and get the stamp or signature of your supervisor (for labor management purposes). Submit the form to the BOX link specified in the application.
Submission Deadline	Submit by the 10th of the previous month to change the work system in TeamSpirit to flex from the 1st of the following month.
