| External account usage application (for temporary retirement) | Before returning company-paid PC/iPhone/B-TAB | Please apply from a company devices (TOSS PC, company-paid iPhone, company-paid tablet etc.). This application is to enable you to use ServiceNow for electronic application from your personal device (PC, smartphone etc.) while you are on leave. Please make sure to apply for this service. On the day your leave starts, you will receive a URL and password for logging in to ServiceNow from the system at the e-mail address you submitted. |
| Childcare time acquisition application | From the time you find out that you are pregnant until you enter maternity leave, you may apply for childcare time (shorter working hours) of up to 2 hours per day in increments of 30 minutes per day. If you wish to take this leave, please apply for it. |
