The short-time work system for childcare (childcare time) can be utilized by employees and contract employees engaged in retail work until the child completes the third grade of elementary school. For contract employees not engaged in retail work, it is available until the child reaches school age.
If you have been employed for at least one year, you can take childcare time from pregnancy until the start of maternity leave.
