I am currently taking shortened working hours (childcare). I would like you to write the time after deducting the short-term acquisition time as the working hours on the employment certificate.

In the working hours column, we will write the hours that you don't take childcare time (prescribed working hours of 7 hours and 45 minutes), and add that childcare time can be taken for X minutes a day.
* We will write them after checking the precautions column on the prescribed form.
* If you are a contract employee, we will write the contract time.
