If the deceased family member is a "parent," "child," or "spouse" of the deceased and wishes to arrange condolence and flowers, Astech will make arrangements within the scope stipulated in the Personnel Regulations. (Depending on the timing of the report, arrangements may not be made in time.)

*Please ensure that if an "Obituary Notice" is submitted during weekends, public holidays, or between 5:00 PM and 9:00 AM on weekdays, and the wake or funeral is scheduled for the following day, the department head arranges for flowers and a condolence telegram.
For employees at companies other than above
HR at each company will arrange for flowers and condolence messages.
