Currently residing in company housing / dormitory. Is it possible to switch to the "housing allowance" if relocating to a rental property for personal reasons?

Switching from company housing to a housing allowance is possible. 
However, the applicable period will be continuous from the time spent in the dormitory or company housing.

■ Procedure

1. Submit a dormitory/company housing move-out application via the Shiseido Company Housing Web.
2. Submit a "Housing Allowance(New,Change,Stop)".

• The rental contract must be in the employee's name. Additionally, moving costs for personal belongings will be at the employee's expense.

• If a single (unmarried) person has a cohabitant, they will not be eligible for the allowance.
