1. Tokutei-shoku to Sougou-shoku or upgrade and downgrade within Sougou-shoku and upgrade within Seisan-Gijutsu-shoku

2. Promotion from general employee to management position (GG12, GG12R, GG12RB and above)
The compensation estimation tool does not allow estimation.
HR will email management materials to those promoted, early in the month before their promotion date.
Please refer to the document for details, as it includes the calculation method of the base salary after the promotion.
3. Upgrade and downgrade within management positions (for current managers)
Please use the "Compensation Estimation Tool for Manager&All" listed below.
