*The bonus for December will be paid for 0.75 months regardless of the number of days worked.
*The bonus for the following April will be paid by deducting the amount of the bonus paid in advance from the fixed bonus amount, based on the number of months of company performance (6 months when 100% is achieved) × individual performance evaluation coefficient × attendance rate from January to December of the current year.
