SIB has established a paid leave incentive day in 2022.
Through this initiative, SIB aims to foster a culture that encourages and facilitates the use of more paid leave.
【What is Paid leave incentive day?】
This is a day to encourage the use of paid leave, and as a general rule, no official meeting body is to be set up. Not a day when the office is CLOSE.
【Do I have to take paid leave on that day?】
Since it is everyone's right to apply for paid leave at their own preferred time, there is no absolute requirement to take paid leave on these incentive days.
