I tried to register my e-mail address in the system for the End-Year Adjustment, but it doesn't work. What should I do?

There are certain e-mail addresses (RFC violation e-mail addresses) that cannot be registered with the Year-end Adjustment <Web Filing> system (e-NEN). Please register a different e-mail address from those listed below.

An email that is in violation of RFC (Request for Comments) is an address that does not conform to the specifications and requirements of the RFC.

・A period (.) immediately before the at mark (@) or at the beginning of the email address.
・A period (.) before the at mark (@).
　Example: ① [e-mail] ② [e-mail]  ③ [e-mail]
・Contains character strings other than single-byte alphanumeric characters and some symbols*.
  * Some symbols (. ! # $ % & ' * + - / = ? ^ _ { | } ~ ).
　Example ① ab[[e-mail]  ②ab@[e-mail]
