Support for infertility treatment is as follows
(1) When taking leave to undergo reproductive medical treatment (infertility treatment, egg freezing, sperm freezing, etc.), employees may use accumulated leave in increments of one day, even if they have remaining annual paid leave days.
(2) For advanced reproductive medical treatment only, employees may use accumulated leave to devote themselves to such treatment and take a leave of absence* of five days or more in a row.
In principle, the leave must be notified to the company at least one month in advance by submitting documents such as a doctor's certificate or medical certificate.
3) Under the cafeteria system, storage and transportation fees for egg freezing (sperm freezing) have been added as eligible for assistance. Please note that WELBOX partners that have corporate contracts with us are only eligible for egg freezing, but not for sperm freezing.
