The handling of re-examinations for regular health checkups is as follows.

(1) In the case where the results of a regular health check-up indicate that "re-examination is necessary" or "detailed medical examination is necessary"
Even if there are multiple items for detailed re-examination, only the first consultation (the first detailed re-examination) will be accepted as an official outing (*).
After the date of the first consultation, please visit the clinic outside of working hours.
* Recognized as a private outing necessary by the company, "it will not be treated as an absence, and working hours will not be deducted."
* Special leave cannot be taken.

(2) In the case of a determination that medical care is required (including instructions to visit a medical institution), the time related to the consultation shall be outside of working hours.

(3) Transportation expenses shall be borne by the applicant in both (1) and (2).
