Effective January 1, 2021, we have revised our retirement and pension plans, and as part of this revision, we have decided to abolish Special Retirement benefits after a five-year transitional measures period ending December 31, 2025.
Target: managers, Sougou-shoku,Tokuteishoku,Seisan-gijutsu-shoku (special transition employees)
Conditions: At least 45 year's of age at the time of retirement and 20 year's of service or more

Obligation: Prohibition of employment with competitors within 3 years after retirement (Submission of written pledge)
Procedure: Please submit your application via SNOW (ServiceNOW) at least 3 months prior to your desired date of retirement. The company will then approve it.
