【Timing of bonuses payment】
Summer bonus (advance payment): june 15, year-end bonus (advance payment): december 5, next april bonus (main payment): april 15
【Number of payment months】
・The advance bonus for June will be paid for 0.75 months regardless of the number of days worked.
・The advance bonus for December will be paid for 1.5 months if the number of attendance days from July to October of the current year (days after deduction of absence) is 60 days or more.Employees working less than 60 days are not eligible for the payment.
・Bonuses for the following April will be paid based on the number of months of company performance (six months when 100% is achieved) x individual evaluation coefficient x attendance rate for the period from January to December of the current year, deducting the amount of bonuses paid in advance from the total amount of bonuses determined.
