On PASS, frequently asked questions (FAQs) from employees are published in a Q&A format.
Here are some tips for searching for "what you want to know":
1. Use keywords instead of full sentences when searching
For example, if you want to check whether there is a type of leave you can use to attend a parent-teacher meeting at your child's daycare, kindergarten, or school, enter "parent-teacher meeting" in the search box. This will bring up an FAQ titled "I want to know when I can take Child care time off. – PASS" which explains that you can take childcare leave to attend a parent-teacher meeting if your child is up to the third grade of elementary school.
When searching, using short keywords rather than long sentences or phrases will help you find what you need more quickly.
If the FAQ on PASS does not resolve your issue and you wish to contact ASTEC, please do so via "▶▶Contact us here" or the "Support" button at the bottom right of the page.
2. Narrow down your search by category
For example, if you want to check FAQs related to special leave, searching for "special leave" may yield many results, making it time-consuming to review them all. In such cases, click on "Articles" on the left side of the screen to display categories. Select the category relevant to your query to view the FAQs more efficiently.
3. Check recently published or updated FAQs
PASS is updated daily based on employee inquiries and FAQ browsing data. Even if you previously searched for "special leave" and couldn't find the information you needed, new information may have been added since then. Be sure to search PASS again for the latest updates.
Additionally, recently published or updated FAQs are listed under "Recent Activity" on the PASS homepage. Please refer to this section for helpful information.
Finally, if you couldn't find "what you wanted to know" or have suggestions for additional information, please enter them in the form provided and submit it. Your input will be used as a reference for adding new FAQs.
