There is an in-house mail envelope and shipping box in the mail corner on each floor of the office. (where shared stationery is located).
Please put the document in the mail envelope, fill in the "To: (department/name)" and "To: (sender)" and put it in the "Sending Mails" box to have it sent to the destination.
<In-house Mail Service Usage Rules>
・Only documents can be sent. Cosmetics and oversized three-dimensional items are not acceptable.
・Please be sure to write the building name (office name), office name, affiliated company name, floor, etc., and the date on the mail envelope.
・Please fill in the same name as in the TOSS adress book for your department and name, and do not use extreme abbreviations.
